Parents in Kent and Medway can now use our handy guide to health services for five to 11-year-olds.
NHS Kent and Medway’s toolkit for parents has useful information about where to go for help, advice on common childhood health problems and items you should keep at home in a medicine cabinet.
It also has information about which vaccinations your child needs and tips on good mental health.
Kate Langford, Chief Medical Officer at NHS Kent and Medway, said: “Parents can use this guide to keep their children healthy and ready for anything.
“Knowing what to do and picking the right service to use can be challenging – please do download this and keep it somewhere safe for when you need it.”
