General practices offered more than 925,000 appointments to patients across Kent and Medway in April 2024.
Around 62 per cent of these appointments were face-to-face or home visits.
This is 150,000 more appointments than in April 2023.
The data, released by NHS England, also shows more than 37,000 people did not attend their appointments.
Most people who are unable to attend their appointment cancel them to allow other people in need to use them.
We would urge anyone who can no longer attend any appointment to please let their practice know.
