NHS Kent and Medway Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) has given the go-ahead for two Dartford GP practices to merge.
Orchard and Maple GP practices in Dartford are based at Dartford West Health Centre, Tower Road, Dartford and have a history or co-operation.
Patient feedback
The two practices sought patient views on the proposed merger through October and November 2021.
You can find out what patients said in the report on patient engagement and how the decision was considered in the CCG's Primary Care Commissioning Committee and a decision taken that the practices can merge. Patients will be contacted to let them know.
